ILLPHATED Child Safety Policy

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
ILLPHATED is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. The “ILLPHATED DATING APP OPENER” application (“the App”) is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
This policy outlines our standards and practices in compliance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and applicable laws. We take our responsibility to protect children seriously, even within the limited scope of our application’s functionality.
The ILLPHATED app is a utility designed to provide users with pre-written text openers for use on third-party dating and social platforms. The App does not include features for user-to-user communication, profile creation, or the uploading or sharing of user-generated content such as photos or videos. This design inherently limits the vectors for harmful content or behavior within our service itself.
2. Published Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
ILLPHATED strictly prohibits the use of its services in any way that facilitates or promotes child sexual abuse and exploitation.
- Zero-Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for CSAE. Any association of our brand or services with such activity is condemned in the strongest possible terms.
- Intended Audience: The App is designed for and marketed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
- App Functionality: As our App does not permit user-generated content or direct user interaction, the risk of CSAE occurring within the App is virtually non-existent. Our focus is on ensuring our provided content is appropriate and that our brand is not misused.
3. In-App Mechanism for User Feedback
We provide users with a clear and accessible way to contact us directly from within the App without needing to leave the application. Users can report any concerns, including those related to child safety or potential misuse of our brand, through our designated support channel.
This in-app mechanism directs users to our dedicated safety email address, which is monitored by our team.
4. Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
ILLPHATED has a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Given that our App does not allow users to upload, store, or share content, there is no technical mechanism for CSAM to be present on our platform.
In the hypothetical and unlikely event that we obtain actual knowledge of any CSAM being associated with or linked from our services, we will take immediate and appropriate action, which includes:
- Removing any reference or link to such material.
- Terminating any associated services or accounts.
- Reporting the material and the relevant details to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and any other applicable law enforcement authorities, as required by law.
5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
ILLPHATED is committed to complying with all applicable local and international laws concerning child safety and the prevention of child sexual abuse and exploitation. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation related to these matters.
