We Will: The Mountain of Steel

The wind howled across the jagged peaks of the last American stronghold. Snow whipped the air like the white teeth of fate, and the sky above was black with the silhouettes of enemy bombers. They had come to test our spirit, to see if the mountain would bend.

But we did not bend.
We did not break.

Atop the summit, standing like a sentinel carved from steel, was the C-RAM—our guardian, our final word. Its barrels glowed red-hot from the constant fire, tracing lines of justice into the heavens. One by one, the dark invaders met a streaking wall of tungsten and lead, and they fell—trailing smoke, swallowed by the clouds they once ruled.

The mountain had become more than rock. It was resolve.
It was every mother who sent her child to serve.
It was every father who stood with hand over heart at dawn’s first light.
It was every brother, sister, builder, farmer, dreamer—who said:

“We Will.”

The enemy thought we were soft. They mistook freedom for weakness. They forgot what forged us: the factory floor, the thunder of Detroit steel, the midnight oaths on battlefields from Bastogne to Baghdad. They forgot the ones who never came home, and those who would stand tall in their place.

When the last bomber fell and the skies cleared, the sun broke through with gold and crimson rays. The CRAM stood still now, its duty done, its silhouette haloed in light. All around, echoes of defiance rolled through the valley below, the spirit of a nation etched into the mountain forever.

This was not just a defense. It was a declaration.
We Will stand. We Will protect. We Will prevail.

And to those who seek to challenge the might of liberty, we say:
You may climb the mountain.
But you’ll never take it.
